- 1Warm the vienesa and tuck it into the bun.

- 4Crown with an absurd amount of mayonnaise. Serve with a fork.
Tasting notes
A glorious mess. You cannot see the sausage and that is the point. The palta is cool and buttery, the mayo is relentless, and you will need both hands and several napkins.
